General Return Information Effective January 19, 2020
We hope that you love your purchase from the Shimmery Belle, but in the case that you need to return an item, please review our policy in full.
The Shimmery Belle Boutique offers a 21 day exchange/credit policy for items purchased in-store or online, regardless of payment type. All returns are eligible for a 1 time exchange or a gift card in the amount of the item returned for future use in-store or online to be used at a later date. Under no circumstance will we refund to original payment unless the item was defective AND is unwashed, unworn, all tags accompany the return, the receipt is present and is within 21 days of the purchase date OR is exchanged for the same item style in another size/color (see 'exchanges' below).
If issued a gift card for future use as part of a return, it is the responsibility of the gift card holder to maintain their gift card code when issued for future use. On-line returns will be issued a gift card via email to the address on file.
For online or invoiced orders, you have 21 days from ship date to send an item back at your own expense.
- Orders received AFTER 21 calendar days will NOT be accepted, there is no exception. You will have the option for us to invoice you for return shipping OR we will donate your item(s).
- Orders received that fall under ‘Non Returnable Items” or do to follow "Returnable Item Guidelines' will be given the option for us to invoice you for return shipping OR we will donate your item(s).
- Once an online order is received and follows all the guidelines for a return, we will email you a gift card code to be used on a future purchase within 5 business days.
Returnable Item Guidelines:
- All items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags in original placement.
- All items must be free of any wear, smoke, stains, holes, pet hair or damages of any kind.
- Shoes must be unworn and free of any marks and scuffs, as well as in original, undamaged shoe box.
- All items must be received within 21 days of in-store order or on-line ship date.
- Any shoes returned from an on-line order must be shipped encased in another box, we will not credit any shoe return with a damaged box.
Non Returnable Item:
- Item(s) without tags or receipt
- Item(s) purchased outside of the 21 day period
- Item(s) that show any signs of wear, smoke, stains, holes from wear, pet hair
- Any item(s) that was discounted with 40% off or more
- Clearance Items, Belle-in-a-Bag, BOGO, items denoted as Final Sale
- Footwear that shows any sign of wear and without original box/packaging
- Personal, swimwear, socks and bath Items
At this time we are unable to process online exchanges. If an item was purchased online and you wish to get another size of the SAME item, we recommend ordering the size that you would like and returning the size that did not fit to us within 21 days. Once the returned item is inspected and follows our returnable item guidelines, we will process a refund to your original payment method less a shipping fee ($3 PER ITEM). This is the only time we will process a refund to original payment.
